On a concert weekend, we usually go out to dinner, or lunch. Tonight as we drove to Sanamluang for some tasty Thai food, I looked at the building where BC Cafe stands, and the name on the top was Kick Back Jack's. When did that happen?
Kick Back jack has always been BC Cafe's mascot (the rabbit), sort of like Bob's big boy has their little big guy. I guess they decided to switch the name for the character. Perhaps BC Cafe sounded old? I believe the one in Rancho Cucamonga also switched.
Same management as far as I know and menu. So thats not too bad. They have a good breakfast, its right up the street from me.
and how about Baker's Square now being called 'Garden' Square right across the street? Did ya catch that?

Last year when we ate at the BC Cafe, there were signs inside saying Kick Back Jack. Not knowing what that meant, we ignored it.

Yes, I saw Garden Square and thought about that change, too. Are all Baker's Squares now Garden Squares?
