Google Docs

I have been working on assigning greeters to man the doors at church, just before the services. The traditional way was that one person would call a number of people to sign up for a 3-month term for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Sunday. I have tried to make it easier by having three people do the recruiting. But how to coordinate? Easy! Google Docs! I put a simple spreadsheet online where we can not only read what slots have been filled and what need to be, but we can all edit at will. People can even self-schedule. Easy as pie!
