Crayon Art

Here are some photos of an art project I've occupied myself with in the past few days.  First I melt crayons on a hot plate, then press (carefully!) small pieces of paper on the goo and lift.  Then I cut out shapes and organize them, then glue them on black paper.  Next I scan the result, import into Photoshop Elements, play around a little more, and voila!  This one is the organ in the Kingman Chapel at CUCC.
