Ahhh....summer posts: new recipes, books, summertime fun in town. Last night I made this recipe of
Sweet Potatoes and Ravioli using thyme from my herb garden. I have been growing thyme but I'm not sure I've even used it from my garden yet. It was cool enough yesterday to turn on the oven and roast the cubed sweet potatoes and mix them all up with the Costco Four Cheese Ravioli. I will be putting this recipe "in the book" for future dinners.
