Since Mom and Dad are here for a visit, we thought a trip to the Kogi truck was in order. Here are some shots from our adventure.

Where did you all go to "meet" the Kogi truck? You've talked about it so much that I'd love to try it. Also, that evening sky picture is absolutely spectacular!
The trucks are in different places on different days. You can track them at kogibbq.com. They are off on Sundays and Mondays and are often in Diamond Bar on Fridays OR Saturdays from 6:30-9. It's best to show up 1/2 early, take a jacket, and be prepared to stand in line for awhile. If you are like me, you might make a new friend or two. We also bring a blanket or lawn chairs and sit on the grass across the street to eat the yummy food right away.
