Last of the Peaches

We picked the rest of the peaches which were nearly ripe in order to save them from the squirrels.  It was clear that some were ready for using, so I've made salsa and peach chutney.  Someone asked me my salsa recipe, but it seems to be stuff that I have around.  It's best with garden tomatoes (which the squirrels haven't eaten) and I also put in red onion, red and/or green peppers, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil and salt.  Next batch will have some kind of chile (but nothing too hot).
