Adult Birthdays

Yesterday my youngest turned 23!  Being a Monday, we had usual things to take care of, but in the evening we went over to her house and shared some delicious homemade bread pudding (from homemade bread) and some remembrances and a few flat presents.

I don't miss the days of parties in the backyard with goodie bags, piles of wrapping paper trash, figuring out a theme and what to do with it.  This was a delightful way to celebrate a delightful person.
