If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive and tasty lunch during the week, try Caffe Allegro in La Verne. Today we chose to sit outside (it's a warm December day!) and try the $10 Express Lunch Menu. It was delicious, and we will definitely go back and taste some of the other selections from this menu.
Minestrone with a half sandwich (shrimp and salmon open-face)
Lasagne Marinara (vegetarian, but you can add meat sauce for $2)
