Warm Bacon and Herb Coleslaw

On Sunday I took this coleslaw to book club, and I was very happy that we had some of it leftover for the next day.

As a kid I was no fan of coleslaw, but now I really enjoy it, and this one (no mayo!) is very delicious.  It's in my "keeper" file.
