Ever on the lookout for ethnic eateries, we finally rambled over to Rancho Cucamonga to try out the Cuban restaurant recommended by one of my violinist friends. I think this is the one she recommended, although it's on 4th Street and not Archibald, but since the sign for
Flamingo Palms says Grand Opening, perhaps they have moved since I heard about it over two years ago...

Anyway, the decor is fairly new and nice, the service was pretty good (it has mixed yelp reviews), and the food is very tasty. I had this pulled pork dish, and H had the Cubano sandwich.
We will go back!
